Ingredients: canola cooking spray; 1 cup sliced almonds; 3/4 cup full-fat sour cream; 1 1/2 cups sugar; 4 large eggs; 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 3/4 cup almond flour (I use Bob's Red Mill); 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour; 3 teaspoons baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt; 8 tablespoons melted salted butter (1 stick - cooled slightly); 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest (yellow part of lemon only); 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice; 3/4 cup powdered sugar; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1 teaspoon almond extract; powdered sugar (for sifting over the top of the cake)
